Delivery and Returns Information
We are always open. You can order from us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Pricing & Invoicing:
Please note that all prices are in British Pounds unless otherwise specified. If you are ordering from outside the UK your credit card company will automatically convert the amount into your local currency.

For advice on exchange rates you can use a website like www.xe.com. Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping basket after you have entered the country for delivery.

Ordering Process
Click on "Add to cart" for the item you wish to purchase. Click on "View Cart" to see all the items in your shopping cart.

When you have finished placing items in your cart, click on "Checkout ". This is located on the shopping cart screen.

You will then need to answer a few questions pertaining to your shipping and billing information.

After you have finished these steps, your order will process. Shortly after you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

You may use Visa or MasterCard for your online purchases. We cannot accept money orders, cheques or postal orders.

Shipping and Delivery Information
We use Royal Mail 1st Class for all UK orders and Air Mail for International orders. Typically, merchandise that is in stock ships within 21 working days of an order being placed.

If the item you order is not available, the backorder will be shipped immediately upon receipt.

Shipment should take 1-2 working days from dispatch for the UK, 5-7 working days from dispatch for Europe and 7-21 working days for Rest of the World.

The actual delivery date can vary depending on customs clearance for your respective country. Additional custom's fees may apply depending on your country's duties, we cannot be held responsible for these charges.

Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for a full refund, under the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

Just follow the 3 easy steps below:

1. On a piece of paper please write your order number and the reason for your return and if you would like an exchange or refund.
2. Wrap the merchandise securely.
3. Post back to us. Email info@captaindangerous to obtain the return address before returning for the products for a refund.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please call email info@captaindangerous.com. If your order has already shipped from our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order and you must follow the returns process describe above.

Refunds
Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund. If the return is due to our error we will refund the entire cost of the original order including shipping.
